Dosas

The Dosa is a famous South Indian Dish, made from ground rice and lentil flour, generally described as a giant crispy pancake. The pancake is accompanied with a vegetable and lentil soup and coconut and tomato chutney. Dosas can be filled with fraqgrant spicy fillings or eaten on their own.

Byriani

Traditional North Indian rice dish. The incredible spices and flavours of the selected meat and rice are cooked slowly for hours and served with a curry sauce and cooling cucumber raita (yoghurt).

Thali

A Thali describes a selection of curries eaten with rice and bread and followed by a dessert. A Thali can be eaten off a banana leaf or a silver round tray.
